After small steady increases in our annual turnover year on year we were all of a sudden losing money and didn’t know what the cause was.

Assessing the immediate threat it was established that after many years of trading the business was handed down from parent to child. Very little policies and processes were in place and there was no proper budgeting and management accounts.
